The wholesale discount is available to retailers and individuals who meet the minimum order requirements. Available Gift Boxes may be ordered individually at the retail price or discounted in wholesale quantities.

Order By Phone: Call us at 303-664-1093 with your completed order form in hand. Orders may also be submitted at any time to voice mail. Voice mail orders will receive a return confirmation call. Please include your name and phone number.

Individual Art Card Pricing: Nature Windows Art Cards have an individual listed retail price of $2.75 for 5x7s and $2.95 for 4.25x10 inch panoramas. Wholesale prices are based on the total quantity (the sum of 5x7s and 4x10s) ordered. Cards may be ordered in any combination in increments of 10, with a minimum order of 60 cards. Refer to the table below for per unit price based on the total quantity ordered.

Gift Box Pricing: Art Card Gift Boxes are available in two varieties. Gift Boxes have a listed retail price of $9.95. They may be ordered in any combination in increments of 6, with a minimum order of 12 gift boxes. Please use the table below to find the per unit price based on your total quantity.

Shipping: Two shipping options are available, Fedex ground and Fedex 2-Day. Nature Windows will offset your shipping costs by including free, individual cards with a retail value approximating the ground shipping charge. Offer does not include gift box only orders. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates. Note: Each Gift Box adds the equivalent of 10 cards onto the total shipping quantity.

Terms Of Sale: Terms on wholesale orders for retailers are based on Net-30 days from the date of delivery. The due date and total charges will be printed on the invoice enclosed with your order. Accounts paid at the time of delivery will receive 5 additional cards free with the next purchase. Payments received more than 15 days past due are subject to an additional $10.00 processing fee.

For individuals ordering wholesale quantities, payment is required at the time of placing the order. Currently, payment may be made by check payable to Nature Windows and included with the completed order form. Online ordering will be added to this site in future updates.

Returns: Wholesale Art Cards are returnable for exchange within 30 days of delivery. Cards returned for exchange must be in saleable condition. Retailers may request a 180 day exchange option. Please add 5% to your subtotal and write “180 day exchange” on the order form. Please call for all returns.

Taxes: Orders designated for resale do not pay tax and require a Sales Tax Number on the order form. Orders shipped outside Colorado do not pay tax. Orders within Colorado not for resale, please add 8.12% to your order.
