The ebbing tide leaves a mosaic of sand and a mirror pool to reflect the evening's warm light. One of the few remaining undeveloped coasts, a sliver of Olympic National Park hugs the sea shore along the northen end of the Olympic Penninsula. Bordered by sand and cobble beaches, sprinkled with sea stacks, the waters of this wilderness coast support one of the most biologically rich marine environments in North America.
